Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Yield: 6-8 servings
Fruit Salsa Ingredients:
1 pound of strawberries
1 pint of blueberries
1 can of mandarin oranges (strained from all juice)
2-3 apples
3-4 cups of grapes
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips Ingredients:
10 flour tortillas
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Finely chop (by hand or with a food processor) all fruits individually and then combine into one bowl. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
To make the tortilla chips, brush the tortillas with melted butter. Cut each tortilla into smaller wedge shapes to create chips. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tortilla chips. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or just until crisp.
