Snap & Share Your Meals for Friends
As I reflected on 2024, I realized something had been missing from Take Them A Meal. While we love sharing our recipes and meal-taking tips, we would enjoy learning from you too!
We'd love to see the meals you're delivering to friends-your go-to recipes, how you package them, and any tips you find helpful.
We know that emailing us a photo or tagging us on Instagram (@takethemameal) takes an extra step, so as a thank you, we'll send you one of our You Are Loved spoons when you share!
We look forward to seeing your meals!

#1: This Dinner and Dishes on Us label is a fun way to gift a restaurant gift card! Not having to make dinner or clean up dishes is like two gifts in one, and we've even created a free printable for you to use!

#2: Taking a meal doesn't have to be difficult or stressful; give yourself grace and opt for a store-bought meal if that's easier. Nadia put together this meal from Costco, and it was a great option for her friend who just had a baby!
#3: Want to set up a meal schedule but need help figuring out where to start? We've got you covered! We've made a short video showing you how to create a meal schedule in 4 easy steps!
#4: Making a charcuterie box is so fun, and there are so many different things you can include. Deliver this to someone's doorstep as a gift, or include it with a meal!
#5: Salads can be a meal by themselves or a wonderful side to another main dish. We've compiled some of the best salads and side dish recipes on our Pinterest!
