Schedule & Logistics



  • Headcount: 40 people

  • Arrival Deadline: 11:15 AM (to allow for setup)

  • Serving Time: 11:30 AM


Meal Options


Lunches can be served buffet style, bagged, or boxed. You can stay and help serve or drop off and let us take care of it. Popular ideas include:



  • Salad bar or Baked Potato Bar

  • Sandwiches or Boxed Lunches

  • Hot Dogs or BBQ

  • Casseroles or Soups


Catering Suggestions


If you prefer to cater, we suggest:

  • Roly Poly

  • Taco Casa (Taco Salads)
