Notes from Casey Cole:
Note: Sunday Games start at 4:00pm. All other Game start at 6:00pm
June 2nd and 3rd are practice day meals. Food delivery is 6:00pm.
Please read:
Thank you so much for bringing food for the Chinooks Baseball Team. You will need to bring enough food to feed 48 college players and staff. We ask that you bring some sort of protein, carb, and vegetables and/or fruit, dessert (is optional). We will provide drinks and paper products (plates, forks, and knives). Please plan on bringing the food to the stadium 2 hours after the start of the game. Knowing when the game will end is always a challenge but typically it is 2 - 2 1/2 hours after game time. Please know also that we do not have an oven at the field so we can not keep something warm. We do have electricity though for crock pots and other warming devices as well as a fridge for cold items.
Some ideas for meals: pasta with meatballs/or meat. sloppy joes, grilled salmon, burgers, taco bar, chicken and rice casserole, pulled pork. Really the sky is the limit! If you prefer to provide a take-out meal (Panda Express, pizza, etc) that is fine, too!
Rainout - if there is a rainout we will either try to eat earlier or reschedule the meal. We will do our best to notify you so please be sure to include your contact information when you sign up.
