Notes from Becky Atwood:
Lois is having shoulder surgery on Feb 2 with an extended recovery. Her dominant arm will be in a sling for at least three weeks. Thank you so much for praying for her and blessing her with some meals!
Meals are just for her; please bring enough so that she will have leftovers for a day or two after.
She says nothing fancy is expected and simple is just fine - even a sandwich or macaroni & cheese. :).
Please avoid anything spicy as she cannot handle that well. Regular ground black pepper is fine.
PLEASE NOTE: Lois lives in a secure apartment building. Call her about a day in advance to arrange dropoff (maybe the morning of, on the 3rd). Calling is better than texting. During drop off, you will need to call Lois from the heated entryway to the building. She will be able to open the door for you from up in her apartment on the 3rd floor. Thank you so much!
Allergies: Any spices or ingredients that are spicy hot Suggestions from Take Them A Meal:
