Deliver Meals To:
Holy Spirit Church, 120 Oban Road, Ringwood North, Vic, 3134
Notes from Ellen Holmes:
Once again Holy Spirit, St Gerard's and St Anne's are participating in Maroondah Winter Shelter program. Every Friday night during Winter we are providing a hot meal and a bed for the night for up to 12 homeless men (aged 18 and over) . Our 6 volunteers who perform different roles at the shelter sit down and share the meal with the guests, so we hope to have 18 for dinner each week.
Please consider what other people have already committed for the meal when deciding what you will make, to ensure we have a balanced meal e.g if we have Shepherd's pie, it would be better to have green beans than scalloped potato.
-Ingredients : Please list the ingredients
-Food can be delivered to Holy Spirit Church (opposite the North Ringwood shops) on Friday afternoon from 3:15 to 3:45pm or from 5- 6pm. The church is at the rear of the property, after the basketball court and at the bottom of the stairs.
-Food containers : Volunteers in the kitchen heat and serve the food so your meals can be delivered hot or cold. You may provide meals in your own dishes/containers or in disposable foil trays. If the former please make sure they are labelled with your name and phone number and we will return them to you as soon as possible. If you would like to collect your dishes from St Anne's office please label St. Anne's.
Thank you for your help with this wonderful program. If you have any questions or problems ring Ellen Holmes 0404357023
