Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
8 ounces of macaroni
2 eggs, beaten
1 large can of evaporated milk
1 1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp butter
2 cups of sharp cheese
2 cups of medium cheddar
Salt or season salt (to taste)
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Directions:
Cook macaroni for 5-6 minutes and then place in crock pot. Pour eggs, milk and evaporated milk into the crock pot. Place small pats of butter into crock pot and add salt. Add cheese and stir everything together so it's mixed well. On top, add a light layer of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover. Cook 2 1/2 hours on low.
