  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 3-4 Pound Pork Roast
  • Salt And Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Bottle Walden Farms Zero Carb Barbecue Sauce

Place pork roast, onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper and water in crock pot.  Cook on low for 7 hours.

Remove pork and shred with forks

Replace pork into crock pot and add 1 bottle of Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce (Walden Farms is available at Giant Food Stores)
