Notes from Susan Jordison:
It's that time of year again! We are making plans and preparations for our upcoming residential session, November 9 - November 22, 2024. We would like to invite you to either bring a meal or sponsor one. The link below is the schedule and lists when we still need meals. We would be delighted if you would pick a day that works for you to provide a meal and then join our participants for that meal. It's a great time of fellowship and networking for the ladies! We could not continue to provide our free programs without the help of our wonderful community partners!
We will be preparing meals for 20 people for our November residential session. All meals will be in the Fellowship Hall of First Christian Church, above the New Opportunity School offices. We need high-protein meals suitable for someone with diverticulitis (no seeds or nuts). We have a pork and shellfish allergy. One participant is a type 1 diabetic. Mexican food is always popular, beef, chicken, salads, beans, and lasagna are good options.
