THIS WEEK, DATE Nov 30 - Dec 7, 2024:
We have 9 families. Please provide meals for 25 people.
PLEASE PROVIDE:
Hot entree, vegetable or salad. DO NOT SEND ANY SWEETS! We have a bakery that regularly donates treats. PLEASE NOTE YOUR MENU CHOICE ON THE SIGN-UP PAGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (SEE BELOW). **
ALLERGY/SPECIAL REQUESTS:
We currently have guests that are allergic to strawberries and mushrooms. If your meal contains any of these items, please alert Dianne ASAP! Staff can provide an alternative meal.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
*Deliver food in catering pans or crock pots (not individual plates).
*Deliver meal NO LATER than 5:00pm so that we will be ready for 5:30 meal service.
*We welcome meal volunteers who wish to help serve or share the meal with our guests. Please note that we have room for no more than 2-3 volunteers in the kitchen.

*Once a date on this calendar has been taken, changes may only be made by the coordinator, Dianne Caverly. To cancel or reschedule a meal, to add your menu choice to your date or for help signing up for a meal, please text Dianne at 504-388-3430.
**This is a BIG help with meal planning and we hope will help volunteers avoid excessive duplication of meals. We greatly appreciate all donated food, however we have occasionally had virtually the same meal (red sauce) 5 days in a row!! Posting your meal choice will help us manage this.
