Place pork roast, onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper and water in crock pot. Cook on low for 7 hours. Remove pork and shred with forks Replace pork into crock pot and add 1 bottle of Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce (Walden Farms is available at Giant Food Stores)
