Once I'm finished preparing a meal for a friend, I typically rush to the computer to type out the menu or I'll write out the cooking directions quickly on a sticky note. Labeling my meal is usually an afterthought, but I know it's helpful to the recipient.

To make this step easier for me and for you, we created some free printable labels that you can print out in advance and have on hand for the next time you're taking a meal to a friend. We hope these labels assist you as you're caring for your friends and family.
